essentially, my childhood obsession with slushies just helped to prepare me for a neverending thirst for frozen drinks as an adult.
frozen blueberry mojitos (makes 2)
2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen)1 1/2 cups ice ( if using frozen berries, decrease to 3/4 cup ice)juice of 2 limes (about 4 tablespoons)4 oz white rum1/2 cup simple syrup 10 mint leaves
add mint, lime juice and simple syrup to a blender and pulse until smooth ( big chunks of mint aren’t fun to drink, so try to avoid those)
combine the berries, rum and ice with the mint mixture and blend until smooth
serve in a glass with a sprig of mint as a garnish

Distance is not for the fearful, it is for the bold. It’s for those who are willing to spend a lot of time alone in exchange for a little time with the one they love. It’s for those knowing a good thing when they see it, even if they don’t see it nearly enough. Loving From A Distance (via h-o-r-n-g-r-y)
